When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders Monday – Friday, usually within 1-2 business days of the order date.
Please note that at times orders may be delayed due to holidays or sale events. Orders placed with Priority or Express shipping are prioritized in our shipping queue!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has had a shipping label created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking link.
You can also track it by logging into your Sock Dreams account, or on the Shop app!
I didn’t receive a tracking email?
Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure that your inbox is not redirecting it by mistake.
If you're unable to find it, you can also check your order status on your DOTZZY account page.
How do I update or change my information?
When you check out you have the option to save your address. This will now become your default address for future orders.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders under $29.99, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $29.99 or more.
My order says delivered but I still don't have it
If your package is marked delivered but isn’t there, we recommend checking with neighbors, around your yard, and your local post office.
If it still hasn’t arrived after 3 days, please contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to multiple systems working simultaneously to pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner, once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled.
